WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy for URBAN LEGENDS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) outlines the terms, conditions, and scope of warranty coverage applicable to products purchased from us (“Products”). By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our warranty services. Questions or concerns? Warranty Coverage:

URBAN LEGENDS strives to provide high-quality products and ensures they meet our standards. However, we do not guarantee the performance or longevity of any product beyond the terms specified in this Warranty Policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Return Policy:

URBAN LEGENDS considers returns on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we do not guarantee returns or exchanges.

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, in original packaging, and meet the following conditions:
    • Products with a broken excise duty stamp or tamper-evident seal are ineligible for return or exchange for health and safety reasons.
    • Other products may be considered for return if they arrive faulty.
  • Timeframe: Customers must contact us within [3 days] of receiving their order to request a return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • Refunds & Exchanges: If a return is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
  • Customer Errors: URBAN LEGENDS is not liable for any errors made by the customer, such as ordering a product they do not like (e.g., flavor preferences). Refunds or exchanges will not be provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with the product.

URBAN LEGENDS reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Manufacturer Warranty:

For most products, warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer. We recommend that customers contact the manufacturer for warranty claims, troubleshooting, or product support. Manufacturer contact details can typically be found on the product packaging or included documentation.

Disclaimer:

This warranty policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumables such as batteries.
  • Products that have been altered or tampered with.

Limitation of Liability:

URBAN LEGENDS shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if URBAN LEGENDS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
